Information you add to VN Trading

• You may add trading journal entries, trade transactions, portfolio transactions, holdings, strategy notes, screenshots, settings, AI review requests, and report preferences.
• You may also create an account, save sign-in preferences on your device, and use PIN unlock for faster access on supported devices.
• Demo workspace activity is sample-only and is separate from your account.

How your data is used

• Your trading and portfolio data is used to display dashboards, calculate performance, generate charts, show alerts, create reports, and support AI-powered review features you choose to run.
• Market price refreshes and chart snapshots are used to keep performance views and reports current.
• AI review outputs are intended for journaling, learning, and trade review. They are not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Reports and exports

When you export a report, VN Trading prepares a file using the data and snapshots available in your workspace. You are responsible for deciding where you store or share exported reports after downloading them.

Account deletion and data removal

• You can request removal of saved local sign-in information from your device.
• You can delete workspace data such as trades, transactions, portfolio records, reports, AI reviews, chart snapshots, settings, and uploaded trade screenshots.
• You can request full account deletion, which removes your workspace data and account identity where supported by the app controls.

Security expectations

VN Trading uses account login and saved-device controls to protect access to your workspace. You should keep your email account, password, and device secure. Do not share access with anyone who should not view your trading data.
